We organize a legal service that handles all tasks for our clients related to register and ownership verification, legal document creation up to the submission of necessary documents for tax assessment, and registration of ownership for the purchased property.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

Property tours are available only with a previously signed contract which serves as the basis for further cooperation, as well as for the commission collection after the property is sold or leased. The agency charges for the brokerage service at the time of pre-contract or contract conclusion between the owner and the buyer or the leasee. The purchase and sale fee is 3% + VAT of the contractual purchase price, The real estate lease fee is one contractual monthly rent + VAT.
